Bought him out--or he's still in with his shiny new preferreds?

37M shares @ .035 = $1.295M. Convert 700,000 commons (in two years time) = $1.85/share. That's with no profit. Pretty confident maneuver there -- I would have held onto the commons, personally.

Of course, in the Pink Jungle it's anyone's guess. Perhaps they can be converted for far less than market.
