MNTA’s 2Q11 cash operating expenses* of $16.6M fell right in the middle of the $15-18M quarterly range that MNTA had previously guided to (#msg-65391960). Some iHub posters had expected MNTA’s operating costs to rise sharply, but this hasn’t happened so far.

*Net of R&D revenue, which is a dollar-for-dollar reimbursement by NVS for MNTA’s R&D pursuant to the NVS-MNTA collaborations.
