Meanwhile the next 10-Q is expected around mid-October.

1) PVSP will post another $1M+ loss
2) PVSP will have reached its maximum Authorized Shares at 150,000,000
3) PVSP might very well fail to deliver the promised 15%-20% increase in revenue (which does not translate in a 20% decrease in losses).
