That'll be next.

Their rep called me this morning and promised to call back tomorrow. The dealership is closed today. They're saying that it's likely they're flying someone out to inspect the frame.

Also said that the unit hasn't been entered into their system as a cracked-frame unit, which is odd, since they VIN's are supposed to be reported as soon as the defect is detected.

Said if it's just minor cracks on the welds, that's usually repaired locally, but if what I reported to them as was reported to me by the dealership is true, that's usually a matter of sending the frame back to Marysville and them sending a new one.

We'll see what they've got to say tomorrow. I haven't played the "You have no idea the number of people who will see my negative opinion" card yet.

They also don't know yet but will find out tomorrow that I've already reported my negative experiences with this machine and that a lot of people are looking forward to seeing what Honda does to make it right.
