There is no other way to reduce outstanding shares other than a RS? That is a false statement and should not be presented as fact. I'm not saying a R/S won't happen, but it is not right to present it as the only possible option. With Toland potentially becoming the new CEO of CNUV, depending how the 8K is interpreted, it is certainly possible that there will be a RM, which could have a RS coupled with it. But, I do not agree with representing as fact that there are no other possible options.
