I am talking from past experinces, every shell i buy and do a R/M or Aquisitions they salp with a R/S right after they sign
The CEO always promise it will never going to happen.
Do not undestand how somone on this board can not interpert the news on the 40 million after closing.
Look at CVSL after the aquisition small float anounced R/S
