if anyone is trying to get a sense of the time line here, i would point to MLV, who were brought in at a fairly high cost to close some specific deals. they've got interested parties already imo, otherwise MLV would have had no reason to redact the "annex b" in their engagement letter, or take specific steps to assure confidentiality. jmho.
