OMG! You're right. And two of the directors.. er.. not quite yet directors are owed a total of $52,000. HEY SASS. Are you in on this gravy train? Since you have stated more than once you "directors in waiting" have no authority, what in the heck are you guys milking the shareholders for? Or are you left out of this gravy train... in which case I would ask you how you feel about it. This is SICK and disgraceful. MM is paying himself $10,000 per month to do absolutely nothing (according to SASS) because they lack the "bandwidth" to file 14f's or issue press releases or do anything else other than focus on getting Sunlogics funded and operational.

Man Sass.. this is not going to look good on your resume at all... being part of a total scam like SLMU. I take it the rent mentioned is for space in the filing cabinet for the corporate files?? Since this is really nothing more than a dormant corporate shell, it really doesn't need things like desks or office space.

Hmm... how many Green Zones will SLMU have to purchase in order just to pay for the current officer salaries. If MM is paying himself $10k a month to keep the file in the filing cabinet, it's anyone's guess how much he'll need to actually do something for SLMU.. assuming he actually gets the spare bandwidth to fit it in. LOL.. Like I said.. this is nothing short of disgraceful.

Even if I don't think this is something people should own, I still can't abide by those that have purchased stock being mistreated as badly as they are here.
