How do you see a skilled flipper in this?

Less than 50,000 shares have traded in weeks and weeks.

You suggesting someone is milking this thing for a couple hundred bucks minus the buy and sell commissions.

That's sad.

I guess I'm wrong. There is no shorting of the OTC market at all. The market makers are little angels that follow the rules at all times and they are really on our side.
