That is if 51% of the O/S is available through the Term Sheets at $0.01. That will never happen in my opinion. Who knows how high the O/S is.

Only 52 million shares have been accounted for out of how many hundreds of millions of shares? It is likely that the most recent count hasn't even hit half of the shares that this company is willing to buy at $0.01.
