I see 2, perhaps 3 PR's that could move VSPC.......a little

1) VGE announces the guidance for IPA sales was ON TARGET for the first half of 2011........then they need to announce guidance for the second half to continue the trend.......

2) A "BOGUS" PR about preliminary approvals in the Dominican Republic for General Biofuels to build the pellet mill. I say "BOGUS" because Ruby Sahiwal is a "CON MAN" and VSPC has released NOTHING publicly standing behind the FALSE INFO posted at www.generalbiofuels.com! The challenge for VSPC is that Jan is telling OUR GANG that there will be NO EXPANSION until they get a contract......so a PR announcing approvals means NOTHING without a deal........right?

3) MOU in Thailand with the power company that plans to build SEVERAL plants if ALL GOES WELL......Carl has NO DOUBT it will go well!

That was the story that got QS in trouble for not READING the article, when they said VSPC would build SEVERAL plants........it may fall flat like today's PR has........

there will NEVER be a contract of ANY SORTS until Carl brings a GKG product to market..............PERIOD!

The license is worthless and NO company will sign a deal VGE can't guarantee. If Carl brought the pellets to market, and had them AVAILABLE for sale, then he could probably get a buyer.......otherwise, FORGET ABOUT IT!
