I guess what bothered me the most was MM's salary, for a start up company, which is more than likely duplicated with his other companies, along with the stated fact that there is no way to pay his salary except with selling of shares. Of course, he is looking to fund other ways, but so far hasn't gotten it. You can be pretty sure that his salary doesn't pay his business expenses, which he will also get from selling stock. Perhaps even from each of the companies he is listed as CEO of.

I truly believe that no ceo needs $15,000 a month from a company that has no income, much less multiples of that, and do not believe that a CEO truly interested in growing a company would handicap it with such a salary.......he would wait for his compensation for the time of success, and with success, would have earned it. So far, he hasn't had success previously, and so, IMO hasn't earned it.
