I can answer the question about the tax status changes.

When filed the status is good for one year.

Originally, we saw a date in May. When that date passed without BRZL filing the proper update they were given a 60 day grace period. This was the temporary good standing we saw with a July date on it. Once that date passed without action by BRZL the status was downgraded to not in good standing. Now we see that the status has been updated to good standing, which will last until May 15, 2012.
