1) If Pebble is around for 45 - 78 years, why would anyone need to open up our BCSP claims during that time? The demand for our copper/gold reserves would be quelled by Pebble's production.


This is the only point in your post that I disagree with. Majors need reserves for their balance sheets. The demand to acquire reserves, especially large reserves contiguous to proven deposits will come at a premium going forward. The infrastructure that will be built as a result of Pebble only makes the surrounding properties of the district that much more economical to mine...and that much more valuable.
