I guess I don't know what you want at this point. We've seen zero activity from BRZL since March. Now we finally see something and you deny it has any meaning at all. I'm not saying that this means the deal is complete, and a PR saving us is on the way, but it is a start in the right direction. We need to see a variety of things happen and this was one of them.

Here is what I believe needs to occur, in no particular order

1. Tax Status in Texas updated (complete!)

2. SEC filings updated

3. Stop sign removed from OTCmarkets.com (likely happens when SEC filings occur)

4. Nevada SOS updated

5. Confirmation of oil production at a level that will get us to the forecasted market cap

6. Some sort of PR from BRZL giving us an update

7. Confirmation that the deal is complete and James Renfro is the CEO

There are probably others that I can't think of right now, but we just crossed off one of the things on the list. Now if we start seeing more activity, then I believe we are on our way to getting the deal done.
