Lots of business people, especially in technology companies, refer to having "the bandwidth" to take on more work or additional concurrent activity.

The usage is not questionable at all, it is very common.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
