I think quite possibly as I have speculated that we may bid in the upcoming NEEZ, that there would be no free ride there so we would need cash! If what you and pincat are speculating is true then at some point here we shall have bottomed and the dilution will became formal and then things can proceed onward with possibly a gradual slow price increase as we became a known 'player'
