Mxxh issued a SEC Filing (May, 2011) stating the rig is secured. We are still awaiting the drilling operation which is the responsibility of Tom Gouger of Tejones Operating Company.
Mxxh issued a SEC filing (July, 2011) warning about a RS. I suspect the RS will be executed after the drilling is started or depending upon the out come of the pps during the drilling operation.

Some of the shares were retired by Catherine per the SS report.

I'm hanging onto my shares with an iron fist as I know eventually perhaps still this month or next , the drilling will start.
