SHOM released a PR back in May that they had signed a letter of intent to merge. Mergers typically take 2-3 months to complete. We have not received any details of who the merger besides the 7 mil in expected revenue. I will start emailing management to start putting some type of pressure to give shareholders a reason to hold shares in this company...Hopefully i can get some help from you guys. Thanks GLTA
