agreed! delete letter, I cannot believe that is for real and where was it found and why did someone what it found! The letter smells like s@#t and is in some instances unprofessional. termination letters are professional and not personal so not written with this verbage (ie arogance, cavalier etc etc), Inlight this is talking about someones character. Termination, not a court of law no need to sight every little wrong made
