I think it is a very good pr. No its not the BIG ONE. And, I don't expect all that much from the BIG ONE, because I think the cards are on the table. Among other things we are going to be using controlled dosage SFIO spliff's in some type of international distribution system involving serious patients with serious doctors in places that dont have serious mental problems with cannabis.
It sounds to me like key distribution points are likely to be through UF4A or its affiliates or affiliated physicians for the Autism data, Phoenix Tears or its affiliates for the cancer data, Rockbrook or its affiliates, and the "clinic" in Thailand.
The monitoring system is sweet. They are not particularly difficult to set up and they are not particularly expensive to create and maintain. Depending on how they set it up it could result in nothing more than a massive amount of "self-reported" data or fairly detailed patient profiles linking specific patient input to their participating physician.
I have been wrong a lot before, but that's what this reads like to me and that's why I think its a good pr. jmho
