Actually, you might reconsider your presumption that I failed to ponder them as follows:

1. For your first point about the cash, my reply in point 4 was clear and is in line with all public filings, that SLMU will have to find a source of funding in order to acquire projects from PLC or others.

2. For your second point, I completely agree, yet have nothing to offer the board which should not be disclosed to all shareholders equally. I supposed the next round of financials will show everyone the status of that transaction.
