Hey Fandi where the heck did you get this one from!
it lists that BRZL is "IN GOOD STANDING NOT FOR DISSOLUTION OR WITHDRAWAL through May 15, 2012"

Even more intriguing is the fact that now BRAZOS INTERNATIONAL EXPLORATION, INC. is now DBA ( doing business as) BRAZOS ENERGY!
i dont remembr having read that before-- does that now positively mean that the MERGER HAS GONE THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY and now Brazos Intl inc has become BRAZOS ENERGY( Hybrid of Brazos anbd Renfro energy?)
James Renfro IS the registered agent! what other proof is required????
