There are other ways to finance MMTC through a third party other than cash --> Not to mention that nobody truly knows what EPOR's financials look like because they are a non-reporting entity.
The truth is that the lack of visibility of the equity deal has left us all a bit in the dark, but this is not neccesarily bad long term. Sure it caused the PPS to drop back to where it had started, but more clarity may bump it back to the .005s
