I see...Good luck...Hope you don't miss it by a day. At these prices, christmas has come early and like you said...pretty much guaranteed. In my estimation this should be a couple year run to the top and a $15-$20 pps price tag if the company manages the business end properly. Your multiple today at sub $0.40 looks pretty good i'd say.

Things to look for in any company.

1. Good, Experienced management, check
2. A well funded operation, check
3. An expanding marketplace, Check
4. NO DEBT, Check
5. A Proven Brand, Check

Things to be proven

1. Savvy negotiating with fighters
2. Well attanded and produced shows
3. TV deals negotiated
4. First Class PR department
5. Amazing competitive shows
6. Happy athletes who will promote the promotion
7. High end fighters who bring credibility to the brand
8. Mergers and aquisitions that make sense to grow market share
9. Sustainable revenue generation
etc,etc,etc

As these things begin to occur in the next few months, if done properly, we will see a pps rise and hold, rise and hold and so on. This is what I expect.
