Its much more than that, but as far as patterns go, even a general look at patterns off of similar conditions shows that those patterns are nearly always very similar for months if not years at a time. Look at the low off of 32,74,82,90 and 02 as some examples. The current period should be most similar to 25, 35, 85, 93 and a few more. You can see for yourself the similarities of the decile pattern, 4 year pattern, and 8 year pattern.
