Well this was one of the reasons Joe stated the other was the offer [these were Joes words and post].
Again the Chief is unsure why the 2 parties cant even agree to disagree but the sq. root seems to be the almighty dollar and doing what is in the BEST intrest of shareholders.
the Chief is ok with waiting 1 yr under Joe leadership.
but
NHSH lets get on to this,would like to get the stop removed and filing or new finacing done [as some suggest] but if EITHER of these 2 happen and NHSH announce they officially cut ties with Q this could start moving and all it may take is one of those to get this running [also NO selling shares]
JMHO
