You're wrong on both counts.

You don't have a case. You haven't even seen the 10Q covering the relevant time frame.

We have an excellent case...and the Q covered the period ending May 31, 2011. The subsequent events section of the Q covered any remaining "relevant time frame(s)". The run started Monday, May 16th two trading days after the stock price hit it's low of $.008 that enabled any CD players, that converted, to get a 45%-50% discount off of (could have converted @ ~$.004). Do I know exactly when they sold? No. But I do have the smoking gun. Riss screwed up and provided the smoking gun while shooting himself in the foot, his associates and Pervasip in the feet and aiming for the head as he peppered shareholders in maniacal fashion...

I have the smoking gun.

There are other smoking guns, a plethora of them, but I have THE smoking gun.
