Not sure what you're talking about, but the poster suggested WM couldn't invest in JBII. Clearly they could, simply by buying shares on the open market or participating in the PIPE.

If you're suggesting that the company can refuse a PIPE investor (though why they would is beyond me), I'd be surprised. Surely they cannot refuse an open market buyer.

Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
