LOL, let's see, WM, Total and Kleiner Perkins have invested millions into one company in the Plastic to fuel market. I'm guessing they don't see Agilyx as inferior to JBII, but maybe they're all part of the grand alliance to bring JBII's PPS down. 
Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
