Smokey, This is the exact formula courtesy woodythepro...the simplest I can find...

Based on the verbage in the latest SEC filing re: Lambda, it appears I was correct in 'valuing' the warrant conditions after the RS. If you had 80000 warrants to buy 0.924532845 shares at $.02, then after the RS, you will have 80000 warrants to buy .924532845/20 shares at $.02*20/share. --i.e. that computes to 80000 * 0.0462266422 shares @ $.40/share. (The cost of exercising all of the warrants remains constant).

In the case of smokey: the number of shares is as follows:

300K warrants * 0.0462266422 shares @ $.40/share === > result A

Cost of share... just multiply result A * .40cents ====> result B

result A gives you total number of shares after warrant conversion after R/S

result B gives you total cost of warrants..
