I have finally stopped laughing long enough to write a reply.

Gerry Lenfest is a billionaire. The 6 billion dollar man.

Who really believes he is desperate to get his hands on a few million dollars from a company he is the Board Chairman of? He owns 37M shares of this stock. You really believe he'd let the company go under over a debt owed that he recently extended the due date of to 2016?

I don't believe it.
