that he's under one, possible NDA, to shareholders.
But I won't recommand that he should announce it.
That might create too much anxiety for some.
And the co that he deals with may not like it either.
So, NDA should be complete silence for as long as it takes.
Otherwise, why call it NDA ?
Most new investors buy KAT because of the name VALE. Period.
If & when a JV happens, Asia will know it right away.
VALE is trading in HONG KONG, most investors know that.
Don't forget Mr David Barnes (CFO of KAT), also BOD member of China Direct.
