Looks like Usafa was looking at the one year mark and
Vales reporting in earning as a probable time
for Vale to announce a JV with Katx,,Makes sense

Without Katx's mention, going along with Usafa's speculation
Looks like it may be another year before any announcement

Which does make sense, the agreement is for 3 yrs
Vale needs to spend some 700K to earn in
and they have only spent some 17k on grab samples
