Stephen Bruce Parent, Steve served as President and Chief Executive Officer of General Metals Corp. (Formerly RECOV Energy Corp.) from May 2006 to February 2010. Mr. Parent founded Aztech Environmental Industries Inc. and serves as its President and Chief Executive Officer. He founded Goldspring Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from March 2004 to September 2004. He served as Manager of Goldspring Inc. from March 2003 to March 2004. He served as President of Goldspring Inc. since December 2004. He served as Chief Operating Officer of General Metals Corp. from December 1, 2005 to May 2006. Mr. Parent has worked in the mining industry for nearly 25 years and has managed the exploration and development operations of several Junior Public mining companies in the United States and Canada. He was responsible for evaluation, acquisition and development of mining projects. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Ecovery Inc.
