You can't keep looking for ways to discredit something just because you have an opinion to the contrary. You have to at least acknowledge an opposing point in an argument, otherwise it is a lecture. And with all do respect, I like many on here, do not need a lecture about what you believe is good for me or this company.

First, last I checked the housing market is ridiculously competitive, but that is another argument for another board.
Second, You are correct in your stance of superconductors and surrounding yourself with experts in a particular field. But, my point all along has been, what defines an expert?
My contractor is an expert, but his resume said he was an ex-junkie failure. He had more knowledge than I did in this field, so I put him on my team, like my electrician, and my plumber.
You appear to want a company that tells you all about their credentials, I am a person who thinks credentials are easily lied about or stretched to appear "better" in the light. I want results.
I believe results make credentials, not the other way around.
