I doubt you have any evidence of illegal short selling. That seems to be the mantra of penny stock boards, when the real culprit is basic fundamentals.
The PRs have not been misleading. If anything, you chose to mislead yourself into interpreting the PRs to mean something more promising than they were. Ditto for the personal communications relayed to this board. Riss stated that the deals he was working on were long-shots. You were hoping for a home run from PVSP's continual swinging for the fences. Is it Riss's fault that some people took those to be guarantees and bid the share price up?
You should instead look at the reality of PVSP as presented by Arthur. The company is slowly turning itself around. There will be massive dilution and probably another RS, but the company could become profitable in the next 2 years and get to the point where it is paying down its debt with cash, as opposed to issuing shares.
