They will not be at .12 much longer.
They just started producing from the mineral ridge property,where they are partnered with Scorpio Gold.

Here are just a few of thier properties.

They also have LOI's to aquire 3 gold properties in PERU, and are doing DD on a gold mine in Panama.

They already have a moly mine in PERU, and it was set to commence operations, but tungsten were discovered in the stockpiles, so the mine is being converted to recover noth.

Preliminary sampling during the build-out of the sorting operation at the stockpiles has returned indications that a significant amount of tungsten may be present in the stockpiled material

Vanderbilt Silver & Gold Project – Nevada
Phase II underground sampling (3.5 miles of historic underground workings) was completed in March 2011 and resulted in average grades of 91.4 g/t silver and 1.74 g/t gold. See March 22, 2011 press release. Tom Klein, CEO of Golden Phoenix commented: “We are advancing the Vanderbilt to drill-ready status. Based on the mapping and recommendations by Silver Spartan LLC, we expect to begin our initial drilling program this summer.”


Coyote Fault Gold Project – Nevada
Phase I geologic mapping and outcrop sampling (above ground) was completed in December, 2010 and identified a new potential gold exploration target. See December 3, 2010 press release. Plans are currently underway for Phase II exploration in the first half of 2011 which may include a combination of test drilling and geochemical/geophysical analysis. A more comprehensive drilling program is expected to begin in the second half of 2011.



Mineral Ridge Gold Project – Nevada
Gold production has begun at the Mineral Ridge Gold Project in Nevada. See April 26, 2011 press release. Gold production, which is completely unhedged, is expected to reach a steady state by mid 2011 and then continue to track positively in the second half of 2011. See March 1, 2011 press release. A three-phase drilling program is underway to expand the existing mineral resource base of 357,000 oz/au* and target numerous gold-bearing zones and structures
