Doesn't really matter in this case. When the price is tight, and someone is accumulating. Whats the difference between buying at .001 ask or .0012 bid. Besides the broker which made the T trade discloser, could have been someone way down the food chain for daily trading volume. Usually is!!!

You won't know who this is, until the play starts. He'll be the M&M slapping the ask and probably come from no where.
