Spi of course Joe C coming in and interfering with merger is major reason why hasn't happen. That is only reason Jeff is even fighting him at this point over QASP control. Joe as CEO and not cooperating of course is hindering it happening by now. So yes I do blame Joe for allowing the merger to go through and instead fighting it. If not for Joe there be no court case over control of QASP and we already have done the Merger bu now.
