dianne; the only reason neph is even still trading is because in this one instance the owners of neph also manage and control a hedge fund (ie wall street is on both sides of this battle).
if this was not the case neph would be sub penny and virtually worthless at this point.
thus the owners of neph and wex/lambda cant sell their position in the company until the make the warrants exercisable as well. At this point almost half their position in neph is warrants (this increased their ownership from 42% to 73%).
Bottom line, as long as we exit when they do we will be more than "just fine" and it would be illegal for them to dump their position without opening the exercising of warrants to the shareholders.
