Found another problem that may or may not have been causing page loading issues. Specifically, there were some ad banners here that I wasn't allowing to be cached, so every time those particular ads came up, they were being sent from scratch. Now they're set to never expire, so if someone's seeing one of those banners for the second time, it should be retrieving it from their cache.

At least, I think that's the case. I'm hoping I don't have to stop/start IIS for that change to take effect.

The other person I was talking to told me that his response times have improved a bunch over the past half hour.
