Shares issuances should be limited to within 20% of the stock actual value. 210million shares to pay $50,000 in debt is GROSSLY under cut so sellers make a killiing. That is not what should be allowed. Also I would limit all income of non revemue stock companies of management to $100,000 in a total from stock compensation in any form.
