Sun,

While it is true that due to the debt from Salaries of FASC executives, FASC is basicly Bankrupt. If you deduct the FASC salaries I would think FASC is in good shape. If you add profitablity by the end of the Calendar year ..... I would think FASC to be in very good shape.

....it all depends on what FASC management does with the Salary debt if Profits are not exceptional.

The Patents are worth a large Value to sell into the Industry. As shareholders I do not think that we would allow FASC to actually go Bankrupt with out putting the Patents to a Bid challange. At least I would not.

I am sure that at some time FASC will want or need revenue other than just profits to expand with. I also see FASC executives
wanting to secure Salaries with Assets if they do not get there needs met. The only real assets are the Patents which on the books hold no value, but in a bid war......? And of course it would take a willing group of shareholders to exercise any needed petition to courts?

This is the only way I look at the FASC as an investment at this time.

"Profits" or "FASC Patents bid into Industry".

I will take Brian at his word that he will protect the Shareholders. His words "Salaries from future Profits"

Choose your Gamble In or out? Other than that .....
