what were saying(and what "I" HAVE BEEN SAYING for a long time now), is that Klok will dilute the share holder so much that any amount of shares owned will eventually in my opinion be worthless and when no one else is willing to buy ALTO stock, the company will probably fold up and he will be the CEO of some "new" mining company and start all over again. He has sold millions & millions of dollars worth of stock so far and not mined even (1) flake of gold. No cash on the balance sheet. You have to ask yourself "Where did all the money go??". Simple, in his, and his friends bank accounts.
