Loose Change: A reality check...

You claim the original private placement investors only represented 300,000 shares. You might want to look at the first S1 ESP filing. It was in the millions of shares, and you'll see my name on it too. I know between me and two friends it was well in excess of 1 million shares that we purchased, at an adjusted price of $.75. We ended up with more stock than we originally purchased.

Of course, the Pantera Petroleum R/M really made the hairs stand up on the back of my neck.
