The Proof says different. I can send you the proof as a private message.

If someone wants to be stupid and toss their money away buying 1000 shares higher or lower than the going price, where the commission is greater than the worth of the stock, it changes nothing. Has jacking up the price with 3000 shares started a rally? Has dumping a like amount started a dump?

Look at your Proof, and ask what were the consequences to the PPS?

What I see is a stock that instantly lost 60% of its value going from 0050 to 0020. It then went up to 0025, and gyrated for awhile between 0025 to 0030. Then it started to go down in 0005 increments with volume at each step down. It's currently getting comfortable in the 0010-0015 range. Sooner or later another granny will throw in the towel, and another step down will occur into the 000ns. No amount of 1-3K stupid trades be they up or down will be able to fight against the float volume, as it trickles out.

There is no concerted conspiracy to drive this stock up or down.
