I was wondering the same thing about DECK's failure to make a new low. Perhaps it has more to do with overall market sentiment being much more bullish now than it was towards the end of April when the bad news first hit. If this is the case, if the market corrects substantially we could get a lower low that would likely have all sorts of divergences on the various indicators. I would like to buy at that point.
