we're not expecting news of a completed acquisition. we're looking for an update on the formal offer to the company, make sure we don't set false expectations here.
i think the main goal of this PR is to let the shareholders know which company they are offering to acquire so we can do our proper DD on the acquisition and position ourselves for the next big move.
Those that complain about something being impossible should not interrupt those that are doing it.
