They call it "NON ESSENTIAL". Meaning all non essential spending ceases. I say great! Because if it is non essential, like the EPA, community organizers (aka ACORN), foreign charity, and the like, etc. then it is NOT NECESSARY at all in my book.

I say stop all non -essential spending and keep only the one thing that the Federal Government is mandated to do and that is Defense spending only.
